The Chess Academy Coaches scored great success in the Hong Kong Open Chess Championships 2016 which was held from Oct – Dec 2016.
Coach FM Medarde Santiago Luis Marcos has won the championship with 8.5 out of 9 games while Coach Sydney Sai Wing Lai has won the 2nd Runner up with a score of 6.5 out of 9 games.
